Wallet & payments

What is the wallet, and why is it the centre of the platform?
Every fan has a pre-loaded wallet. They top it up once via card, digital wallet, or SEPA bank transfer, then unlock subscriptions, pay-per-view posts, locked DMs, livestream replays, shop items, and tips with a single click. Compared to checking out separately for every unlock, the wallet model converts more impulses into purchases and keeps the relationship between fan and creator — not fan and processor.
Which payment methods can fans use to top up?
Card top-ups across all major networks (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), digital-wallet checkout for fans who prefer alternative payment methods, and SEPA bank transfer for high-ticket fans (€100 minimum). Auto-recharge against a saved card is available for fans who opt in.
What happens if a single payment processor has issues?
Because revenue lives in the wallet, day-to-day creator earnings are decoupled from any single top-up rail. If one processor is degraded, fans can still top up through alternative methods or bank transfer, and any wallet balance already on the platform continues to spend normally.
How is data secured?
Sign-in is protected with optional two-factor authentication. Each creator’s fan data is fully isolated, encrypted at rest, and access-logged. Media is served from a global CDN behind expiring access links. Wallet credits and debits run as protected operations so balances stay accurate to the cent. All traffic is encrypted in transit and infrastructure is hosted in EU regions.

Migration

Can you migrate creators from existing platforms?
Yes. Our team helps move content, subscriber lists, and historical revenue records from your existing platform. The goal is to bring your creators online without dropping their audience.
How long does migration take?
Most creators go live within a few weeks of signing. Larger rosters are sequenced to protect revenue continuity for top earners — we do not flip everyone at once.

Branding & domains

How is the platform white-labelled?
Each creator gets configurable theme colours, a logo, custom footer pages (terms, privacy, help), and multi-language translations — all under their brand. The fan never sees EnviFans as a vendor name.
Does each creator get their own custom domain?
Yes — every creator runs on their own custom domain (e.g., members.creator.com). We handle DNS configuration, automatic SSL provisioning and renewal, and CDN routing. Subscribers go directly to the creator’s domain — no marketplace branding, no shared URL — so the relationship between fan and creator is yours, not ours.
Can creators bring their existing domain?
Yes. We coordinate the DNS cutover so existing audiences experience no downtime. Subdomains, root domains, and apex records are all supported.

Managed support

What does "100% managed" actually include?
Hosting, software updates, security patching, uptime monitoring, media pipeline operations, and human support during incidents. You do not run servers, manage media transcoding, or operate compliance tooling.
What is the support response time?
Typically a few minutes. Every customer gets a dedicated channel directly to our team — not a ticket queue — and revenue-impacting incidents are picked up immediately.

Pricing & payouts

Is there really no fixed cost?
Correct. The platform fee — 12% for solo creators (1–9), 10% for agency rosters (10–49), and custom pricing for Enterprise (50+) — covers hosting, wallet infrastructure, dedicated support, and migration. No monthly minimum, no setup fee. Third-party payment processor fees are passed through at cost.
How do creators get paid out?
Earnings settle into the creator balance and pay out via SEPA bank transfer to a verified IBAN on a regular cycle. We collect KYC bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC) at onboarding and provide reconciliation reports each cycle.
When does Enterprise pricing make sense?
When you have 50+ creators, when procurement requires a custom MSA / DPA, when you want annual contracts with negotiated terms, or when you need direct line to leadership and roadmap input. We tailor commercial terms and onboarding cadence to the size of your operation.

Compliance

How do you handle age verification and consent?
A mandatory age-verification gate runs before any age-restricted content loads, and a consent timestamp is recorded against the fan account. Banned-user enforcement and per-fan access logging are built in.
Are you compliant with EU regulations like GDPR?
Yes — fan data is stored in EU-region infrastructure, with deletion on request and export endpoints for subject-access requests. We process payments in EUR and operate the platform under EU data-protection norms.
