1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is Grandhosting LTD, Lordou Vyronos 36, 1096 Nicosia, Cyprus, info@grandhosting.gr.

If you have any questions about this privacy policy or about how your data is handled, please contact us using the details in the Imprint.

2. Hosting and data residency

This website is hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union. Personal data collected through this site is processed and stored within the EU.

We do not transfer personal data collected via this marketing site to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address.

This data is not combined with other data sources. It is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring the technical operation, stability, and security of this website, and is deleted once it is no longer needed for that purpose.

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analytics, tracking, marketing, or advertising purposes. We do not use any non-essential cookies.

Any cookie that may be strictly necessary for basic technical operation (for example, to keep a form submission working) is used solely for that purpose and not to track you across sites or sessions.

5. Book-a-demo contact form

If you use the "Book a Demo" form (submitted to our /api/demo endpoint), we process the information you enter — for example account type, full name, work email, company name, role, roster size, monthly revenue, current platform, and your message — in order to respond to your request and prepare a demo of our platform.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request) and, to the extent it also serves our interest in efficient, secure handling of inbound inquiries, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

To deliver these emails, we use Resend as our email delivery provider, acting as our processor (Auftragsverarbeiter) under a data processing agreement (AVV) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Resend processes the submitted data solely to transmit the notification email on our behalf.

Data submitted through this form is retained only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

6. No analytics, no tracking

We do not use any analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party scripts that profile visitors. There is no tracking and no analytics on this website beyond the technically necessary server log files described in Section 3.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21) regarding your personal data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that processing of your personal data violates the GDPR. You may contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
